Scope and Contents note

Allen collected folklore surrounding kokopelli, ancient petroglyphs and rock images of a humpbacked flute player found throughout the southwest. Included are speculations about the meaning of the symbol, applicable myths of the Hopi Indians, and pictures of kokopelli variations. The project was written for Dr. Rudy's English 590R class taught at Brigham Young University in 1997.
