Materials contain a memoir of R. Dean Rothe regarding his service in the U.S. Army during World War II from 1943-1946. Contains series of Rothe's experiences in Germany during the last days of the war. Includes brief description of Buchenwald concentration camp, as well as attending Latter-Day Saint Church services in Zwickau. Includes photographs of Rothe and his comrades. Dated before 2000.
