Submitted by BYU student Larry Hawks for Winter 1977 English 391 class. About Bay area (San Francisco) school yard encounters that lead to Bay area folklore being shared. Contains an introduction, autobiographical sketch, informant abstracts and informant's items. Items include a man growing marijuana and evading police, gang initiation rites, Terry the tramp, crimes, hippies and drugs, and other illegal and immoral things.
