Scope and Contents

Submitted by BYU student Russell Cardon about how young students who move to BYU student housing create new social structures, folkgroups and new types of folklore. Contains a cover essay, autobiographical sketch, and informants' photos of their apartments. Photos include pictures of word games, refrigerators covered in photos of families and friends, quote walls or cushion covers, roommate photo shots, and ward notes. Prepared for Cardon's Winter 2011 Introduction to Folklore class under Dr. Eric Eliason.
