Scope and Contents

After becoming pregnant Faires became curious about and active in collected pregnancy lore. Included are physical changes in the pregnant woman, relations of mother's activities to the baby's physical health, how the mother's activities effect the baby's emotions, ways to determine the gender of the baby, and lore surrounding labor. Project was created for an English 392 course taught at Brigham Young University in 1977.
