Scope and Contents note
This project is a collection of nicknames given and used at Applebee's restaurant. The analysis gives a description and background of Applebees restaurant, describes prominent employees, discusses nicknames as initiation for new employees, nicknames as a result of some event, describes an opportunity for employees to make up their own nicknames in an event called "The Turkey Bowl", and describes employees' feelings about their nicknames. Items collected include the informant's story about their nickname. 16 items collected. Collected by Michelle Hunt, Dr. Thursby's ENGL 356 class, Fall 2008.
