Scope and Contents note

A collection of baby blessing, baptism, and wedding dresses made by Susan Vanderhoef and worn by members of the Vanderhoef family. The wedding dresses and blessing dresses are made to reflect each girl who wears them, but the baptism dress is handed down for each generation to use. Collection includes interviews with Susan Vanderhoef about the dresses she made, interviews with the receivers of the dresses, and 11 photographs printed on paper of several dresses. Collected by Michelle Vanderhoef, Dr. Eric Eliason's ENGL 392 class, Fall 2007.
