This project contains recipes, stories and traditions from bi-cultural marriages. Analysis paper topics include: "Culture and Folklore," "Bi-Cultural Marriages," "Food Folklore," "Holiday and Seasonal Folklore," and "Folklore Decorations." This 30 item collection contains the following: Recipes - fondue, raclette, ableskievers, truffles, chocolate mousse, lemon tarts, salad dressing, carrot salad, pizza, shredded beef, quiche, caramel flan, almond torte, creme brule; Traditions - Christmas costumes, nutshell boats, gift giving, Christmas carp, "witch" burning, making whips, breaking dishes at wedding, lucky ash, French tapestries, ball game, and two songs.
