Scope and Contents note

This project explores the many ways that little girls play with Barbie dolls. This 12 item collection contains stories about brothers dismembering Barbies, styling hair, plus-sized Barbies, Barbie accessories, Barbie dances, false conceptions of reality based off of Barbie role-playing, Barbie Christmases, making clothes for Barbies, and Barbie wars. Collected by Amy Lynn Whitney, Dr. Jacqueline Thursby's ENGL 356, Winter 2008.
