Olsen explores the life, death and subsequent folk legends about Circleville, Utah native, Robert LeRoy Parker, better known as the infamous outlaw, Butch Cassidy. While many of the stories regarding Butch Cassidy have been told so long and to so many people, Olsen seeks to uncover the enduring legends still told by those who grew up in the shadow of this folk hero's home of Utah. Created by Travis Bennion Olsen while enrolled in Eric Eliason's English 392 course during fall semester of 2005.
