Chamberlain explores and discusses the forms of folklore created from those employed as custodians, particularly those at Brigham Young University. She sub-categorizes the stories she has gathered into groups of games, complaints, pranks and horror stories and material culture. Chamberlain also analyzes the motivating factors behind the creation of custodial folklore. Created by Julie Chamberlain while enrolled in Eric Eliason's English 391 class during fall semester 2005.
