Discusses the benefits of breastfeeding to infants and mothers. Compares her own experience breastfeeding her children to the experience of her sister-in-law. Explains that she breastfed some of her children for three years - initially because it was good for the baby, and later because it was a "power rush." Includes an article titled, "Innocenti Declaration On the Protection, Promotion, and Support of Breastfeeding." Created by Diane N. Call while she was enrolled in Jill Terry Rudy's English 495 class during Fall Semester 2003.
