Evans studies the comfort foods prepared and eaten among her family members. She discusses the emotional value of these foods and explains that comfort foods define group identity. Project includes several recipes. Created by Kjerstin Evans while she was enrolled in Eric Eliason's English 392 class during winter semester 2006.
