Scope and Contents

The 1479 deed enacts the transfer of property from Leonardo Picenardi to Stefano Picenardi. The property is Stefano's place of birth in Cremona. The deed documents Stefano's right to dominion or ownership of property. It also specifies that Stefano will inherit the house in Cremona. The deed was notarized by Johanus de Donario in Cremona and was witnessed by Hyronimus.
