Materials include Participant Information Sheet and a brief memoir about William Dean Lewis's military experience and service before, during, and after World War II and the Korean War. Includes a copied photograph of Lewis in full U.S. Army uniform. Also includes a brief history of William J. and Ethel Lewis and family, parents of William Dean Lewis, as they had four sons serving at the same time in World War II. The history gives a very brief account of each. Dated approximately 1990-2002.
