Baskin Robbins folklore / Joshua Barnett, 2005
Scope and Contents note
Barnett explores stories collected from employees of Baskin Robbins and organizes them into four categories: customer frustration stories, humorous customer stories, repugnant customer stories, and employee initiation stories. Barnett believes these stories serve as a release valve for employees. Created by Jack Taggart when he was enrolled in Eric Eliason's English 391 course in Winter 2005.
