Urban legends : the fears inside the bubble / Tasha Collins, 2003

 Item — Box: 257, Folder: 11
Identifier: FA 1 Item 2802

Scope and Contents note

Collins recounts some common urban legends, explaining how the versions told in Provo, Utah reflect the fears of the community. Explains that the stories told take place in some location outside the city and involve people who are on the fringe of society. Stories are often told about local canyons, emphasizing the evil outside the city limits. A fear that things are not always as they seem is also reflected in the legends. Created by Tasha Collins while enrolled in Eric Eliason's English 391 class during fall semester of 2003 at Brigham Young University.
