Material contains a short memoir describing the military experiences of Gale Evan Norton in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He describes growing up during World War II and joining the Air Force in September 1950. Tells of quickly received several promotions, which he attributed to his activity as a Latter-Day Saint. Describes his time in Mississippi, with periodical trips to Korea for administrative purposes. Describes how he was primarily involved in record keeping and did not see combat. Also describes views on Iraqi War. Dated April 6, 2003.
