Scope and Contents note

Contains a transcribed interview with Richard Callister regarding his service in the U.S. Air Force during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Talks about joining the Air Force Reserve Officers'Training Corps (ROTC) program during the Korean War and serving in the Azures, performing duties as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). Recalls the excitement and the quick pace of working during the missile crisis. Also talks about attending Church services in the Azures and Madrid, Spain. Finally talks about a few of the legal cases that he was involved with. Also contains a Pleasant View 8th Ward calendar and list of military men with photos. Donated to the Nurses at War Project. Dated 1995-2004.
