Caption on item: "Wellington," and "Workmen are shown here completing the outside walls of the main building at Columbia - Geneva Steel Division’s new coal cleaning plant near Wellington, Carbon County, Utah. Machinery is now being moved into the 13-story structure which. When put in operation this spring, will wash up to 600 tons of coal per hour. Coal cleaned at the U. S. Steel plant will be shipped to the coke ovens at Geneva Works."
