Caption on item: "Geneva Coal Mine,", "Geneva Mine. 14 north fault. Fault zone is approximately 70 feet wide with a vertical displacement of approximately 30 feet. Note – broken formation and water," and "Geneva Mine – 7 raise. Mining upper part of seam. Note bad roof condition requiring bolts and landing mats to support loose rock between bolts."
