Yates writes about occupational folklore of Borders bookstore employees. Includes stories of customers being difficult, holiday's rush, and searching for merchandise. Project was created for Professor Bell's English 391 course taught at Brigham Young University during the fall semester of 1999

Privacy restricted until 2069 for items titled "Coffee lady" and "Back-up" due to the interviewees' requests to use a pseudonyms provided on the consent forms, but not on the items themselves. Permission for access must be obtained by the Supervisor of Reference Services.
