File contains materials related to the service of Robert Wallace Fossum in the U.S. Navy during World War II aboard the U.S.S. Drew (APA 162) as a radar operator. Materials contain brief excerpts from Robert Wallace Fossum's autobiography, oral interviews, and a biography, which describe his naval service throughout the Pacific and Kamikaze attacks. Also includes the wartime experiences of his wife, Crystal B. Fossum, photocopied military documents, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and timeline of Fossum's service.
