Scope and Contents
Materials contain an interview with Clarence Bramely and three photographs of Bramley at the time of the interview in 2004. The interview discusses Clarence Bramley's service in the U.S. Army during World War II. He tells of the experiences he had as part of the Bataan Death March, and as a prisoner of war in Japan. Describes several near-death experiences like contracting malaria and heat stroke and attributes his survival to the Lord. Tells how he was nicknamed "Rosie" and he sewed the American Flag after the war was over and their camp was freed. Dated October 11, 2004.
