Scope and Contents

Contains proposals for BA programs in social administration, psychology with sociology and geography at Portsmouth College of Technology. Also includes a proposal on the future work of the College of Education from the University of Southampton. These proposals were collected by Norris during his time as an educational administrator at Bognor Regis in Sussex. Materials date from 1968 through 1971.
