Scrapbook and loose newspaper clippings relating to the Salt Lake and Utah Railroad, and to Nevada Douglas Copper Company. Both the scrapbook and the loose materials were badly deteriorated and brittle. They were discarded after being xeroxed in December 1973. Clipping of newspaper article written by BYU Archivist, Hollis Scott, July 31, 1969, about the history of Orem, utilizing this collection as source material. (Original and xerox copy.) Literary rights rest with the respective publisher on all clippings.
