File contains materials describing the military experiences of Grant Douglas Johnson. A letter describes his contact with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and also provides accounts of four flights in which Johnson encountered mechanical failures, enemy fighters, anti-aircraft fire, and barely survived. Also includes three photocopied photographs and an article about Johnson's experiences. Dated 1942-1944, 1987, and 1991-2000.
