Materials include several newspaper articles regarding Dale D. Clark's experiences on the staff of the Allied forces' Supreme Headquarters of World War II as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy. Particularly describes with a highly sensitive mission to Capri, Italy, and Clark's association with Josef Muller, a major German reformer and rebel during the Nazi reign. Describes how Clark is dubbed as the Co-Author of German Democracy along with Muller, who took the ideas he gathered working with Clark during the war, and eventually started the Christian Social Union, Germany's ruling political party.
