Materials contain a Brigham Young University fireside address, given by Loren C. Dunn on May 4, 1982. Dunn recalls a spiritual experience regarding K. Dean Barrus's death. Also includes a photograph of Barrus. Explains that K. Dean Barrus served during World War II from 1944-1945 in U.S. Navy as a Radarman 1st class aboard DE-136 Frederick C. Davis, which was sunk in the Atlantic on April 24, 1945; and that Dunn was a general authority for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was raised in Tooele, Utah. Dated approximately 1940, May 4, 1982.
