Materials include exerpts from life history of Sterling Davis regarding his service in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Describes missions over Italy, Sicily and North Africa. Recounts an experience during one mission when the plane he was in crashed into the water, and the crew was able to escape and they spent some time in a life raft. Dated before 2009.
