Materials contain papers relating to Myron Edwin O'Connor, who served in the U.S. Army during World War II from 1944-1946. O'Connor was assigned to the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions and achieved the rank of Private 1st Class. O'Connor briefly explains the units he was assigned to and areas that he served. His wife, Helen O'Connor, also writes some of her husband's wartime experiences, including being strafed during the Battle of the Rhine. Includes a photocopied photograph of O'Connor and military document. Dated 1945-1946, 2001.
