Derek Jensen is a student in the 2004 folklife field school, Fruits of Their Labors: The Orchards in Utah Valley. He is also a curator at L. Tom Perry Special Collections at Brigham Young University and is from Orem, Utah.

Dorman Kyab is a native of Tibet. He came to Utah to participate in an English study program. He was an attorney in Tibet. He works at the Stratton Country Store in Orem, Utah.
