Scope and Contents

Regan Stacie Plautz Peterson collected personal narratives about homemade blankets and quilts. Included are descriptions and photographs of quilts such as one decorated by children in primary as a gift to their bishop, quilts made to celebrate the birth of a baby, and an afghan blanket crocheted from leftover scraps of yarn. Project was written for an English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University during Winter semester 1996.
