Scope and Contents
Letter from George Gray, Blockley, to Evan W. Thomas, Cecil County, Maryland, mentions the report that the King of Prussia will “withdraw his troops and quit the confederacy of Despots” and that Mr. Monroe of Virginia is being appointed to go to France to replace Mr. Morris, dated June 2, 1794.
