General

Note on verso: "183. WALL PROPAGANDA which covers every available space in the Soviet districts of China. Much of this deals with the international situation, with which the Reds keep in fairly lose touch through radio and newspapers etc. This drawing, roughly painted on a mud wall by the propaganda department, is entitled: 'The Contradictions between France and Germany in Europe.' France is the little man; the big one is Germany with stomach full of 'marks' and surrounded by armament, demanding revision of the Versailles treaty."

General

Stamp on verso: "Henriette Herz 119 East 39th Street New York City."
