Scope and Contents

Autograph letter signed, from W.H. Badger, The Philadelphia Inquirer, to Elisha, enlists his aid in preparing “an article of a more permanent and valuable character, for one of the weekly or historical magazines” about Thomas L. Kane, he will consider the task “a sacred employment” out of his reverence and love for TLK, 1 p., written on both sides, 26 December 1883 (the date of Thomas L. Kane’s death).
