 Item — Box: 1, item: 11

Scope and Contents

At least eleven children and their woman chaperone are playing on large boulders on the north bank of Yellowstone River, near Cinnabar, Montana. The photo looks west toward the ridge of Electric Peak. They were outside of Yellowstone National Park then, but the opposite (south) bank of the river is, today, inside the park. At that time, the town of Cinnabar was located on the opposite bank and out of sight of the camera's vantage point.
