Scope and Contents note
Kane explained that he had accepted the position as B. Young’s counsel, there should be a separation of Young's individual interests from those of the Church, and he had become of the opinion that the Church and Young should each have separate counsel; Cannon, representing the Church formally asked Price to be counsel for the Church, written and signed by Cannon. Dated May 27, 1873.
