Letter from Richards, Salt Lake, to Thomas L. Kane, Philadelphia, Jedediah M. Grant on his way to Philadelphia, Judges Brandebury and Brocchus, and Sec. Harris have left for Washington, Grant will tell him what has been happening, asks for Thomas L. Kane's help in the situation. Dated September 30, 1851.
