Scope and Contents

Statement by Mitchell, at Point aux Poules affirming the good behavior of the Mormon pioneers. Also includes a handwritten copy of above statement from Mitchell, Council Bluffs, plus the permission of the Pottawatomie Indians. Dated July 21, 1846.
