Scope and Contents
Letter from William Wood to Thomas L. Kane letting him know that they received the candy he sent and describing their stay at Fort Hamilton. There is also half a brochure for Hamilton House enclosed with the letter; it has with William's writing on it. The sheets are all glued on separate pages. Dated July 7, 1851.
