TL, from E. Kent Kane to The Prison Society of Pennsylvania, copy, TLK helped found the Prison Reform Society in Philidelphia which Francis Fisher Kane later headed, asks for historical information on the society and their current activities, he (E. Kent Kane) "put an anti-capital punishment bill through Pennsylvania House of Representatives back in 1937" but it was "bungled" by his cousin Francis Fisher Kane, 1 p., 10 February 1972.
