William Riley Hurst diary, 1989-1990
Scope and Contents
William and Carol spend much time at their daughter Heather's house helping to care for her children. William writes of the violence surrounding the Student Movement in China. William frequently visits his ailing older sister Luell until she passes away. He writes of watching the fall of the Berlin Wall on the news. William struggles with his intense physical pain and intense hatred of drugs and medication. His family has a Hurst family reunion. William writes of President Ezra Taft Benson's failing health.
