Biographical History

Murray Christiansen was born on October 2, 1932, in Mayfield, Utah. His family was in the ranching business. He enlisted in the air force when he was 18, after World War II had ended. He was discharged when his father passed away, and during that time, he married and had two children. He was then drafted into the army. After his training, he was sent to Berlin and worked as a guard of Spandau Prison. He returned to raise his family of three children. He helped create a veteran's memorial in his hometown of Mayfield, Utah.
