Autograph letter signed, from Frederick Fraley to Thomas L. Kane, forwards to him “certain Resolutions adopted by the Managers” of the Company on their latest meeting, believes “the course proposed” is the best possible resolution of the “difficult and delicate questions now pending between the Company and yourself,” 1 p., 26 January 1869.
