Address given by John Taylor in his office after attending a meeting of the Legislature (Territorial?), Feb. 23, 1878. Subjects include stake presidents, Republican form of government and political elections, integrity, Brigham Young and the Deseret alphabet, priesthood, divorce and marriage, and the Perpetual Emigration Fund.
