Photocopy of Last Will and Testament of Elisha Kent Kane, leaves $5000 to his brothers (Thomas L. Kane and Robert P. Kane), leaves the rest of his estate to his father (John K. Kane) to divide as he saw fit, Robert Patterson named as an executor and trustee, dated October 11, 1856.
