Recording on audiocassette of an interview with Roy E. Stapp, conducted by Ben Bahlmann on January 22, 2000, in Bountiful, Utah. Stapp talks about growing up and about his military experiences. He flew B-26 Marauder aircraft stationed in Corsica and Sardinia against targets in Italy, France, Germany, and other parts of Europe during WWII.

Biographical / Historical

Roy E. Stapp was born in Price, Utah in 1924, and raised in Marysville, Utah. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. He flew B-26 Marauder aircraft stationed in Corsica and Sardinia against targets in Italy, France, Germany, and other parts of Europe. As of 2000, Stapp was a resident of Bountiful, Utah.
