Biographical History

Guenter Mannek was born in Berlin, Germany, in 1926. He married Maria Gangien in 1950. They came to America in 1951. He worked on Hill Air Force Base and also worked in carpentry. He loved playing the harmonica, fishing, and playing soccer, and he ice skated every week until he was 90 years old. He passed away in 2020 in Millcreek, UT.
