Includes correspondence, memoranda, contracts, quote summaries, license agreements, a manual, and an Ameritech proposal for an automated library system to be used by a consortium of Utah colleges and universities. Brigham Young University elected not to use the Ameritech system.

It is the responsibility of the researcher to obtain any necessary copyright clearances. Permission to publish material from Harold B. Lee Library records on Ameritech must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.
